We are an accredited CLE provider in seven states. Please be sure that we are an accredited provider with your state for CLE credit.
CLE is pending approval in California and Virginia. CLE credit is available in NY through its Approved Jurisdiction Policy.

Our continuing legal education courses focus on intellectual property law, more specifically trademarks. While you may not realize it, intellectual property can be found in every industry, as each business has at least one protectable trademark – their name. Our courses provide basic, but important information surrounding trademark law, allowing you to speak knowledgeably on the topic and perhaps provide added value to your clients.

Continuing legal education (CLE) promotes continual professional development for attorneys, allowing them to maintain or deepen their skills or learn something new in the field of law.
MCLE stands for mandatory (or minimum) continuing legal education and is just a different way to refer to CLEs.
Each state has different requirements for reporting CLE attendance for credit. Some state bars require attorneys to self-report, some require the CLE provider to report attendance, and some require a combined effort. Gerben Perrott, PLLC follows the reporting protocols and procedures of each state it is accredited with. In either instance, we will either report an attorney’s attendance and/or send the attorney a Certificate of Attendance within a few business days of the event.
