Tom Brady’s Agents File Trademark Application for “TB X TB”

Tom Brady’s agents, Yee & Dubin Sports, have filed a new trademark application for “TB X TB.”

The application was filed on March 20 on a 1(b) basis, indicating an intent to use the “TB X TB” mark in association with a brand of clothing.

One thing to note is that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers released a hype video using the “TB X TB” trademark on the same day that Yee & Dubin Sports filed the application. Though it will likely not be an issue, it will be interesting to see if there will be a disagreement regarding the ownership of the mark.

Additionally, Tom Brady’s agents were required to sign a sworn statement indicating that they have a bona fide intent to use the trademark in association with the goods and services listed. So, fans can anticipate a new “TB X TB” clothing line in the near future.
