Little League Baseball has filed a trademark application for a new logo.
Submitted on January 27, the application was filed on an intent-to-use basis, meaning that Little League Baseball signed a sworn statement that the league intends to use the logo in association with all the goods and services they listed. This includes goods such as an app, jewelry, pens and pencils, carrying bags, a clothing line, mugs, patches for clothing, and baseballs.
As they have done in past applications, Little League Baseball also filed for its classic services in Class 41, “organizing and providing planned baseball and softball programs to develop and foster sportsmanship, clean play, and athletic ability in youngsters.”
This application is incredibly comprehensive and covers just about every product and service that Little League offers. It is also a very good indicator that Little League Baseball intends to use this new logo soon, and it may even replace their current logo.
