Kobe Bryant’s Estate Files 4 New Trademark Applications

Kobe Bryant, LLC, the Delaware entity that Kobe Bryant’s family formed after his passing, has filed four new trademark applications:

  1. LIL’ MAMBAS
  2. MAMBA LEAGUE
  3. LADY MAMBAS
  4. MAMBA

The trademark applications, all filed on October 16, 2020, indicate an intent to use the marks for a broad variety of clothing items, youth sports programs, sports camps, and sports facilities.

All four trademarks were filed on a 1(b) intent-to-use basis.  This means that Kobe Bryant, LLC has a bona fide intent to use the trademarks in association with all the goods and services listed in the applications.
