MrBeast Files Trademarks Signaling Launch of Advertising and Content Agency
YouTube star MrBeast is preparing to launch a new advertising and content agency.
Per filings made with the USPTO last week, MrBeast’s company, Beast Holdings, LLC, has applied to register several new trademarks that point to the launch of a marketing and content-creation venture.
The applications include marks for
All were filed within the past two weeks and list services tied to advertising, media production, and creator tools.
The filings suggest that MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, may now be taking all the skills that he and his team have developed to help other brands replicate the kind of viral success that fueled his own rise.
What the trademark filings show
The new trademark filings, when viewed as a whole, put together a picture of a significant advertising and content creation agency.
First, the ‘MrBeast Social‘ and ‘Beast Social’ filings indicate that this would be the name of the overarching company. It would be the name of the advertising and marketing service designed to help companies create online content and promote products through social media influencers and viral marketing campaigns.
The next trademark, ‘Watchtime Studios,’ indicates that this would be the video production arm of the company, focused on the creation, development, and production of video content.
Finally, the filing for ‘Creator Industries‘ claims that it would be a platform including an app designed to help users create content, as well as a business incubator or accelerator aimed at supporting and educating creators or startups.
All of the trademark applications were filed on an “intent-to-use” basis, meaning the marks are not yet in commercial use, but the company has sworn it has a bona fide intention to launch services under those names.
The strategy behind the filings
When I look at these trademark filings, what stands out is how clearly they point to a strategic shift.
For years, MrBeast has been one of the most successful individual creators on the internet. But these trademark applications suggest something bigger: turning the machinery behind his viral success into a service business.
In other words, this looks like MrBeast entering the advertising agency world and attempting to become the Mad Men of the 2020’s.
And if you think about it, few people are better positioned to try.
Traditional celebrities have often tried to start businesses simply because they had a following. But Donaldson built something different: an entire organization optimized around producing viral content. His team understands thumbnail psychology, retention curves, audience dynamics, and how to engineer videos that capture massive attention.
If that capability becomes a service offered to outside brands, the demand could be enormous. Companies spend billions trying to break through online noise. The opportunity to tap into the same creative engine that built one of YouTube’s largest channels could be extremely valuable.
From a trademark perspective, the filings also reveal that significant planning has likely taken place behind the scenes. Filing an intent-to-use trademark applications (such as these) requires a sworn statement from the company that it genuinely intends to use the mark in commerce.

Technically, these applications could remain pending for several years while development continues. But in practice, when companies file marks like this ahead of a new venture, launches often follow within six to twelve months.
If that timeline holds, the world may soon see a new side of the MrBeast empire. One where he’s not just creating viral content for his own channel, but helping other brands do the same.
So there you have it…
MrBeast is planning to become the next Don Draper.
