Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders serves its signature grilled, or hand-breaded chicken tenders dipped or “sauced” in unique sauces donning signature flavors. Each franchise operates under the company’s culture of warm and welcoming hospitality and with the single-minded focus of offering the perfect chicken tenders crafted using Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders’ unique recipe.

Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders Locations

Most Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders franchises are in the Southeast United States, with multiple locations in South Florida, Central Florida, Georgia, Jacksonville, and Mississippi. Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders is now looking to expand into new locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Alabama, Tennessee, and Tampa.

The company, which self-labels as the “Filet Mignon of Chicken,” is set to experience rapid growth in 2022. The company’s president and CEO, Andy Howard, predicts they’ll have about 50 company-wide open restaurants by the end of the year.

Within the Southeast, which is their fastest-growing footprint, the fast-casual restaurant chain is slated to open 30 new locations. That will add to their current 20-store footprint, building up the number to an impressive 50 restaurants.

A significant milestone for the company is set to happen by the end of 2022, with Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders stepping into Las Vegas. The restaurant chain is expected to open a location at Boyd’s Fremont Hotel and Casino in partnership with Boyd Gaming Corporation in Downtown Las Vegas.

The company has also signed a lease for eight new franchises, opening in the Naples and Fort Meyers, Florida, areas.

There are also plans for five new stores around Macon, Georgia. These additions will bring the number of Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders franchises sold to over 200, across nine different states.

The multiple grand openings slated for 2022, will only add to the company’s growing list of franchise locations. These include Florida cities such as Ormond Beach, Oakland Park, Pinellas Park, Winter Garden, Miramar, St. Augustine, Orlando, Jacksonville, North Lauderdale, Lithia, Port St. Lucie, Gainesville, Odessa, Brooksville, and Deltona.

In Georgia, they include Hinesville, Dacula, Monroe, Flowery Branch, Statesboro, Warner Robins, and Covington. In Mississippi, they include Clinton and Madison, and Pearl. Tennessee cities include Morristown and Kingsport.

There are two locations in Alabama (Montgomery and Prattville), South Carolina (Greenville, Ashville, and Charleston), and others in Dayton, North Carolina, Ohio, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders’ rapid expansion began shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic paralyzed most restaurant businesses. The company now offers safe dine-in, dine-out, take-out, and third-party delivery services. Select locations also boast a drive-thru and curbside pickup.

Even during the expansion, the company remains committed to offering antibiotics-free, no steroids, no hormones, no preservatives, and all-natural chicken tenders.

Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders Trademarks

Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders has sought or obtained federal trademark registration for about nine trademarks. These include “HUEY MAGOO’S,” “G,” “THE FILET MIGNON OF CHICKEN,” and “GTOAT.”

On March 2, 2021, Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders obtained federal trademark registration for “HUEY MAGOO’S” and uses the trademark for its restaurant, catering, and take-out services.
