Sportico Quotes Josh Gerben Regarding the Lamar Jackson and Troy Aikman Trademark Dispute

Lamar Jackson is opposing the registration of a few “EIGHT” centric trademarks filed by Troy Aikman. Jackson, who owns multiple “8” trademark registrations believes that consumers will be confused by Aikman’s trademarks.

Sportico quoted Josh Gerben about how the dispute might be resolved.

“The likely outcome is that Jackson and Aikman will find a way to coexist in the marketplace.”
