Reuters Discusses Russia’s Threat to Seize U.S. Companies’ Trademarks with Josh Gerben

Reuters and Josh Gerben discuss Russia’s recent decree to seize the intellectual property rights of businesses from “unfriendly countries.” This decree could lead to local businesses reopening and running the businesses owned by companies ceasing business with Russia. Shortly after the decree, Russian courts also ruled that the Peppa Pig trademarks can be used without punishment by local businesses.
