Multiple Alabama Publications Quoted Josh Gerben about Auburn University NCAA-Related Trademark Filings

The same day that Auburn University reached its first Final Four, the University filed a trademark for “Draining Threes and Rolling Trees”. The trademark application indicated that the University is planning to launch a clothing line featuring the slogan.
The Auburn Plainsman and AL.com quoted Josh Gerben discussing the trademark filings and history of “rolling trees” at Toomer’s Corner on the Auburn University campus.

The filing was made with the USPTO on March 31st.
