MrBeast’s company recently filed a trademark application to protect ‘Beast Band’ for wearable fitness trackers.

Josh Gerben discussed details of the trademark application with Business Insider.

“The application was filed on an “intent to use” basis,” trademark attorney Josh Gerben said. “This typically means that the applicant has a bona fide intent to launch a product under the name.”
