Josh Gerben Quoted by Bloomberg on the MLB v WNBA Trademark Dispute

The Chicago Cubs and Washington Nationals recently opposed WNBA’s ‘The W’ trademark.

Josh Gerben analyzed the opposition for Bloomberg. 

“The WNBA has a really good case,” said attorney Josh Gerben of Gerben IP. “The league’s use of ‘The’ distinguishes the mark from the various other W’s which should give the league leverage.”
