Josh Gerben Named A Top 10 Trademark Filer in the United States

Gerben IP is proud to announce that trademark attorney Josh Gerben has been named as one of the top 10 trademark filers in the United States.  In its annual report on top trademark practitioners (called the WTR 1000), the WTR magazine listed Mr. Gerben as the #9 filer in the US (according to data provided by the United States Patent and Trademark Office).

Mr. Gerben’s experience and depth of knowledge in trademark prosecution and enforcement matters also brought him honors from the WTR which recognized him as a “leading practitioner.”  In the WTR 1000 report, compiled from surveys and feedback by attorneys and businesses, Mr. Gerben was acknowledged as “not only a professional, but also extremely sharp.” Of particular note, Josh was the only practitioner listed by the WTR as both a top-10 trademark filer and a top practitioner, highlighting the quality of service provided by Josh and his team.

The World Trademark Review magazine has published the WTR 1000 report annually for the past seven years.  The report recognizes individual attorneys and their firms for excellence in the trademark field. The WTR 1000 guide stresses that the firms and individuals were qualified due to the substantial research and positive feedback from the market.  To obtain the information published in the report, the WTR conducted extensive interviews (telephone and face-to-face) and corresponded with attorneys and clients involved with trademarks to identify the leading firms and individuals.
