CNBC Talks to Josh Gerben About New Russian Threats to US Trademark Owners

CNBC speaks to Josh Gerben regarding the latest Russian threat to U.S. businesses’ intellectual property. Trademark squatting of major U.S. brands has begun in Russia, however no infringing applications have been approved by the Russian government yet. If these applications are approved and Russian entrepreneurs work with Chinese manufacturers to export goods the damage would become exponential to U.S. companies.
