Josh Gerben Analyzes the Lululemon v Costco Lawsuit for Financial Times

Lululemon recently filed a federal trademark infringement lawsuit against Costco for its lookalike clothing.

Josh Gerben discussed the potential outcome of the lawsuit with Financial Times. 

Gerben explains that he expects the lawsuit to settle as each side has too much to lose if it were to go to trial. Costco could be responsible for large sums of monetary damages, while “if Lululemon were to lose, it would be open season” for other duplicates.
