Sports Illustrated Credits Josh Gerben for Discovering a Trademark Battle Between Lamar Jackson and Troy Aikman

Lamar Jackson’s legal team is opposing the registration of a some “EIGHT” centric trademarks filed by Troy Aikman. Jackson’s team claims that if registered, Aikman’s trademarks will likely be confused with Jackson’s “8” trademarks.
