We had applied for a trademark registration of our topical skincare product brand name through Gerben Law. We liked the flat fee structure. Josh was himself leading his capable team. When we received communication from USPTO not approving our application Gerben Law team represented us so well in the appeal that we succeeded in winning it. I would certainly recommend Gerben Law

Over 5 years ago we at Newland Machine Tool Group started our business relationships with Gerben Law firm when decided to register our trade name "Newland" in the US. Josh Gerben found an attempt to infringe our brand name. He suggested to litigate, we followed his legal advice. Due to great Josh's and his team job we were able to prevail and our brand name was successfully registered. Since then Josh gave his legal advise on multiple occasions, performed monitoring of our trademark to make sure there was no infringement and provided our trademark renewal. It's been a great pleasure working with the firm. All his associates and himself are highly professional people. The firm is very busy but you never have to wait for their response or actions. They can explain legal terms in a simple language; all their services have always been great and their prices are very reasonable. Running the business we have to deal with lawyers from time to time and it is usually a hassle. I would say Gerben law firm is not in this range, it is outstanding - they become your partner who you enjoy to deal with. Highly recommend them for your IP needs!

I recently opened a little cafe in NYC. It's my first business so it was a bit of learning curve for me. I found Gerben Law Firm via this wondrous internet and a few clicks and phone calls later I had set the wheels in motion toward getting my trademark. Josh was very patient with me even though I had very little understanding of how trademarks really work...He walked me through the whole process & I'm happy to say that my trademark application with the USPTO has now been filed! I don't remember how I can across Gerben Law Firm, but I felt the site to be very credible and inquired about what to do next. Not only did I get excellent advice and everything got handled very quickly and in no time had the trademark, but they had gone over and above expectations in explanation and helping me understand the process and making the right decisions.I am interested in trademarking another company name and contacted the company again today and along with a very prompt response, was given very important advice that could save me from a possible loss of my company name in the future. This advice was to not trademark a name or change the name, thus not giving Gerben Law Firm any business and I still received excellent legal advice.
