Kourtney Kardashian Trademarks

Kourtney Kardashian is the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings. She is also a star on the hit television show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kourtney also starred in the spin-offs Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons. She and her sisters started the popular clothing store Dash as well as their own clothing line, The Kardashian Kollection for which they own seven trademark registrations. The goods registered in connection with KARDASHIAN KOLLECTION include eyeglasses, handbags, wallets, loungewear, and jewelry.

Kourtney is also rumored to be following in the footsteps of her sisters, Kim and Kylie, and starting her own make-up line. She has already teamed up with Kylie for the Kylie Cosmetics lip kit, named KOURT K. In fact, Kourtney already owns a trademark registration for KOURT in connection with cosmetics. However, unlike Kim and Kylie, Kourtney has not applied for trademark applications in her children’s name – at least not yet.

Kourtney also owns trademark registrations for KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN in connection with entertainment services, fashion, and advertising services. While Kourtney does not have as many trademark applications and registrations as her siblings, we probably can expect to see more in the future, especially with a new make-up line in her sights.
