Christian Sado is a trademark and copyright attorney with Gerben Perrott, PLLC. In over a decade of practice, almost exclusively in the areas of trademark and copyright, he has helped a wide variety of clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to multinational corporations known as global leaders in their industries.
Prior to joining Gerben Perrott, Christian worked as a trademark attorney consultant, bringing his insight and expertise to extended engagements with Nestle USA, GSK, Vanguard and DuPont. He has helped launch and secure protection for new brands, counseled clients on the adoption of names, slogans and packaging, assisted in the management of large global trademark portfolios, advised on intellectual property aspects of advertising and social media, and led anti-counterfeiting efforts in the Middle East and Asia. Before consulting in-house legal departments, Christian was an intellectual property associate at the law firms Eckert Seamans, Ballard Spahr, and Kenyon & Kenyon.
Mr. Sado is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and currently serves on its Non-Traditional Marks Committee. He has previously served on INTA’s In-House Practitioner and Anti-Counterfeiting Committees. He is a native of Philadelphia.
